Irasburg is a small New England town located in the Northeastern part of Vermont 12 miles from the Canadian border, 4 miles to interstate I-91. It is one of nineteen towns belonging to Orleans County. Chartered February 23, 1781 with the population of 1,077 according to the 2000 census.
In the center of the village is a beautiful common. An annual Church Fair is held on the common in on the third Saturday in July, a fun day for all to enjoy. Orleans County has beautiful lakes, rivers and wildlife . Located on the outskirts of the village built in the fall of 2004 is Tree Corners Family Campground consisting of 38 beautiful acres.
